The Office of the Clerk of Court is the public office and record keeper of the Commonwealth Supreme Court. The Clerk’s Office performs duties in support of the Court’s constitutional responsibilities. The office maintains the Court’s case management; dockets appeals and petitions; accepts case filings; disseminates all orders, decisions, and opinions of the Court; and schedules oral arguments.
Oral arguments before the Supreme Court are open to the public and held every quarter. Please refer to the calendar for the oral argument schedule. The arguments in most cases last about 50 minutes. Proceedings are recorded and may be duplicated for a fee.
